Tommy’s primary area of practice is in civil litigation, inclusive of personal injury, auto accidents, construction premises liability, professional malpractice, business and contractual disputes, real estate, products liability, medical and nursing home malpractice, governmental torts, as well as Workers’ Compensation.

Amy has practiced in the areas of Workers’ Compensation and Real Estate since 1991. Although, in the beginning her primary focus was defense work, she now handles cases on behalf of injured workers as well.

In the area of Real Estate, Amy has handled residential and commercial real estate closings, represented Homeowner’s Associations, and foreclosures.

Amy also practices in the areas of Wills/Probate and Collections.
