Social Security Disability

Many times the people who need disability benefits the most are turned down by the Social Security Administration.  In fact, most cases are denied on the initial application.  Huntley Crouch, our Social Security Disability Attorney, aids clients in applying for benefits at the Reconsideration stage and Appeals level before an Administrative Law Judge.

To prevail in a disability case, you must show that you are disabled, unable to work due to a medical condition which may be physical, mental or a combination of both, and that the disability is expected to last more than twelve months or result in death. Filing for and ultimately receiving disability benefits is a very long process and one which requires patience and attention to detail.  Contact Ms. Crouch for a free case evaluation if you have been denied Social Security benefits and are considering filing for reconsideration or an appeal.
