Tommy is a member of the South Carolina Bar, and he has formerly served on the Fee Dispute Resolution Board as a Judge as well as participated in the Bar’s Lawyer Referral Service. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and the U.S. District Court for the District of South Carolina. He is also a certified Circuit Court Mediator.

Tommy formerly served as a law clerk for Circuit Court Walter T. Cox, III from 1982 to 1984, and was a partner and former marketing director for Barnes, Alford, Stork and Johnson from 1984 to 2002 before he and his sister, Amy Cofield, formed Cofield Law Firm in 2002.

Bio
Amy was born in Greenville, South Carolina, February 10, 1963, to Carl Thomas Cofield, III, and Mary Ann Cofield.  Until 1978 she was raised with her sister, Kathryn Cofield Wood and her brother (and law partner) Thomas C. Cofield in the Golden Strip area of Greenville County, South Carolina.  In 1978, her family moved to Anderson where she graduated from T. L. Hanna in 1981.

After graduating from USC with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education in 1984, Amy taught fifth grade at Starr Elementary School in Anderson County for three years.  While teaching school she completed her Master of Education Degree in 1987.

Huntley S. Crouch

Huntley  S. Crouch

Huntley grew up in Barnwell, South Carolina. She graduated from the College of Charleston with honors in 1993 and from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1998. While at law school, Huntley was a member of the Moot Court Bar, served as Chief Justice of Writing and Research, and was a research assistant to David G. Owen, Carolina Distinguished Professor of Law. After law school, she served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the late Honorable Wyatt T. Saunders and spent time practicing law with her father.

David S. Hipp

David grew up in Whitmire, South Carolina. He graduated from the University of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance in 1973. He obtained his MBA degree from University of South Carolina in 1977. He also graduated from the University of South Carolina Law School in 1977. In 1985 he graduated from the ABA National Graduate Trust School at Northwestern University.

David served as Trust Manager at Lexington State Bank, Lexington, South Carolina from 1977-1994. He served as State Trust Manager for BB&T from 1194-1996. He entered private practice from 1996-2010 specializing in Estate Planning, Probate and Trust.
